Product Description

The Yonker YK-8000D is a compact, multi-parameter bedside patient monitor engineered specifically for critical care, emergency department (ER) management, and patient transport. It features a high-resolution color screen designed to give clinical staff immediate visual access to continuous waveforms and standard physiological parameters. Built for high reliability and affordability, it includes data logging capabilities and multi-age configuration tracking to satisfy diverse clinical workflow constraints without stretching capital budgets.

Technical Specifications

Parameter Technical Details
Display 12.1-inch or 14-inch (variant dependent) Color TFT LCD screen. Supports up to 8 real-time waveforms and multi-language system options. Full touch screen is available as an option.
Electrocardiogram (ECG) Standard 5-lead arrangement (3-lead or 12-lead optional). Heart Rate (HR) tracking range: 10–300 bpm (Adult), 10–350 bpm (Child/Neonate). Includes real-time S-T segment analysis and pacemaker detection.
Pulse Oximetry (SpO₂) Yonker Fast SpO₂ module (compatible options for Nellcor or Masimo). Measurement range: 0% to 100% with a ±2% accuracy threshold within the 70%–100% range.
Non-Invasive Blood Pressure (NIBP) Automatic digital oscillometric technology tracking Systolic, Diastolic, and Mean Arterial Pressure. Operating modes: Manual, Automatic (intervals up to 480 min), and STAT continuous cycles.
Respiration Rate (RESP) Thoracic impedance pneumography method. Measurement range: 0–120 BrPM (Adult), 0–150 BrPM (Pediatric/Neonatal). Built-in Apnea detection and alarm (10 to 40 seconds adjustment).
Temperature (TEMP) Dual-channel continuous measurement supporting a wide detection range from 10°C to 50°C with an accuracy of ±0.1°C.
Data Storage & Review Features long-term internal tracking: 7-day trend charts/tables, 400 groups of NIBP measurements, 60 alarm event logs, and 6,000 seconds of continuous ECG waveform recall.
Physical Dimensions Weight: Approximately 2.6 kg (device only) / 4.1 kg fully loaded. Unit physical footprint: 336 mm × 262 mm × 99 mm.
Power Supply & Battery Universal AC 100–240V (50/60Hz). Equipped with an internal rechargeable 11.1V 24Wh Lithium-Ion battery supporting up to 2 to 4 hours of continuous standalone deployment.
System Integrations Supports wireless or wired Ethernet LAN integration with a Central Monitoring Station (CMS) platform to aggregate up to 32 beds in real-time.
Optional Configurations Upgradable to include Mainstream/Sidestream End-Tidal CO₂ (etCO₂), 2-Channel Invasive Blood Pressure (IBP), built-in Thermal Recorder, and specialized wall/trolley mounts.

Key Features

  • Fully Independent Hardware Modules: Built using isolated parameter design, separating ECG, NIBP, and SpO₂ boards to reduce signal crosstalk and ensure easy service modularity.

  • Smart Networking Layout: Provides standard network connectivity to link up with central station monitoring systems, outputting up to 8 traces per bedside.

  • Triple-Level Audio/Visual Alarms: Features an extra-large dual physical alarm light design separating physiological alerts from technical equipment warnings (Low, Medium, and High hierarchy).

  • Power-Off Memory Protection: Retains active patient data trends and essential wave structures even through unprompted power failure scenarios.

  • Adaptive Display Modes: Supports diagnosis, monitoring, and operating room configurations, alongside a Big Number visual interface for long-distance viewing.

Use Cases

  • Emergency Rooms (ER): The fast profile initialization and robust standard configurations allow for quick triaging and acute patient management.

  • Intra-Hospital Transport: A lightweight chassis (2.6 kg body) and integrated handle make it highly suited for tracking unstable patients moving between wards.

  • General Wards & Step-Down Beds: Delivers 24/7 continuous monitoring for recovery blocks and surgical step-down areas without demanding specialized system configurations.

  • Intensive Care Units (ICU/CCU): When paired with optional etCO₂ and Dual IBP modules, it transitions into a dedicated high-acuity parameter tracker.

Product Highlights

  • Global Quality Certifications: Fully certified under medical CE, ISO13485, and FSC regulations ensuring compliance with rigorous clinical manufacturing benchmarks.

  • High Battery Autonomy: The 4-hour high-capacity internal battery reserve matches heavy workloads during complete power loss or extensive mobile transit routines.

  • Exceptional Total Cost of Ownership: Combines world-class monitoring mechanics with an accessible pricing ecosystem to balance tight healthcare facility budgets.
